The MY PORTAL section above provides the public the ability to search for building permits, land use reviews, regulatory licenses, and view scheduled inspections.

The PUBLIC NOTICES portal allows the public to view notices issued for land use applications that are in the review process.

You can also view REPORTS and other DOCUMENTS below.

If you have an ONLINE ACCESS CODE, please create an account and enter the access code when prompted. If you already have an account, sign in, go to "my account" and enter the access code. If you don't have one, you can call (509) 575-6126 to obtain your access code.

By creating an account, you will have the ability to:

• Check on the status of your permit application
• Apply for certain building permits and land use applications
• Request inspections
• Review inspection activity and results
• Pay online for permits/applications
• Pay for your regulatory license renewal and print your license
• Upload site plans and/or other submittal documentation for land use reviews
• Subscribe to e-mail notifications for your permits/licenses
