By creating an account, you will have the ability to:

• Apply for certain building-related permits and land use applications
• Apply and pay for dog licenses (required for dogs 6 months or older in the city limits; maximum of 3 dogs per household)
• Request inspections; view inspection activity and results
• Pay online for applications and renewals
• Issue/print renewed regulatory licenses
• Check on the status of your application
• Upload site plans and/or other submittal documentation for land use reviews
• Subscribe to email notifications for your applications/permits/licenses

NOTE: Business Licenses are applied for and renewed through the Washington State Department of Revenue.

An ONLINE ACCESS CODE connects your portal account to existing applications in our system that you are affiliated with. When creating your portal account, enter the code when prompted. If you already have an account, sign in, go to "my account" and enter the access code. If you don’t have a code, call (509) 575-6126 or email us. You do not need a code if this is the first time applying for a permit/license/land use review.
